Zevra Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Lev Zhilin ("Zevra", "we", "us"), an independent developer based in Slovenia, about your use of the Zevra mobile app and related services (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
- Be kind. No harassment, hate, nudity, violence, illegal content, spam, or impersonation.
- What you post is yours, but you let us show it in the App to other users.
- You can report content and block people. We review reports and remove content that breaks these rules.
- AI suggestions are just suggestions and can be wrong.
- Zevra Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed by Apple. You can cancel any time in your Apple ID settings.
- You can delete your account in the App whenever you like.
1. Who can use Zevra
You must be at least 13 years old, or older if the law where you live requires a higher age or a parent's consent to use online services (for example 15 in Slovenia). If you are below the age at which you can agree to these Terms on your own, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf. You confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you have the right to enter into these Terms.
2. Your account
You can use some features as a guest, but most features, such as sharing outfits, commenting, following, and syncing, need an account. Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at laqz.z31@gmail.com if you think someone else is using it. You may have only one account per person unless we agree otherwise.
3. What Zevra does
Zevra helps you organise your wardrobe, plan outfits, get AI-generated outfit ideas and ratings, and share looks with other people. Some features have usage limits on the free plan, such as the number of closet items or AI requests per day. We may change, add, or remove features over time.
4. AI features
Zevra uses AI providers to analyse your photos and text and to generate suggestions. Before your content is first sent to an AI provider, the App asks for your consent; see our Privacy Policy for details. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suited to you. It is for general inspiration only, and you are responsible for how you use it. Do not upload photos of other people without their permission, and do not upload content you are not allowed to use.
5. Your content and our license
"Your content" means everything you add to the App, such as photos, outfits, descriptions, comments, and profile information. You keep ownership of your content. To run the App, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, display, and distribute your content within the App and as needed to operate and improve the service. For content you choose to share publicly, that includes showing it to other users. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies in backups for a limited time and content that others have lawfully saved or shared.
You promise that you own your content or have the rights needed to post it, and that it does not break the law or anyone else's rights.
6. Community rules and objectionable content
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You must not post, share, or send anything that:
- is hateful, discriminatory, harassing, threatening, or bullying;
- is sexually explicit, contains nudity, or sexualises anyone, especially minors;
- is violent, graphic, or promotes self-harm, dangerous activity, or illegal activity;
- is spam, a scam, misleading, or an advertisement unrelated to the App;
- impersonates another person or organisation, or uses someone else's name or photos;
- infringes copyright, trademarks, or other rights;
- shares other people's private information without their permission;
- attempts to hack, disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the App, or to get around limits or security.
Reporting and blocking
You can report outfits, comments, and profiles using the "..." menu in the App, and you can block any user. Blocked users' content is hidden from you. You can manage blocked users in Settings, Privacy.
How we respond
We review reports and aim to act on them within 24 hours. We may remove content, warn or suspend users, or permanently remove accounts that break these rules, with or without notice. We may also use automated tools to check content, such as filtering comments and post text. If you think we made a mistake, contact us at laqz.z31@gmail.com.
7. Zevra Pro subscription
Zevra Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks extra features and removes free-plan limits. The price and billing period are shown in the App before you buy and are charged in your local currency.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the then-current price.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings (Settings, your name, Subscriptions) on your iPhone. Deleting the App or your Zevra account does not cancel it.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part is lost when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases ourselves. EU consumers keep any legal rights of withdrawal that apply.
- You can restore previous purchases in the App using "Restore purchases".
8. Our rights and your license to use the App
The App, its design, text, graphics, and software, and the Zevra name and logo belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, in line with these Terms and Apple's usage rules. You may not copy, modify, sell, rent, or reverse-engineer the App, except where the law allows it.
9. Third-party services
The App relies on third-party services such as Apple, Google, Supabase, OpenAI, and others listed in our Privacy Policy. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for services we do not control.
10. Termination and deleting your account
You can stop using Zevra at any time and delete your account in the App under Settings, Delete account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, harm others or the service, or if the law requires it. When an account is deleted, we remove its data as described in our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should continue (for example, ownership, disclaimers, and liability) will continue after termination.
11. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent allowed by law, we do not promise that the App will always be available, error-free, or secure, or that AI results will be accurate or suitable for you. Fashion suggestions are not professional advice. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for intent or gross negligence. Where we are liable and the law allows us to limit it, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the App or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using the App after the change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you can stop using the App and delete your account.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence. Before taking formal steps, please contact us at laqz.z31@gmail.com so we can try to resolve the problem.
15. Apple-specific terms
If you download Zevra from the Apple App Store, the following also applies. These terms are between you and us only, not Apple.
- Acknowledgement. These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for the App and its content.
- Scope of license. Your license is limited to use on Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
- Maintenance and support. We are solely responsible for support and maintenance of the App. Apple has no obligation to provide any.
- Warranty. If the App does not meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, which will refund the purchase price if any. Apple has no other warranty obligation for the App. Other claims, losses, or costs are our responsibility, to the extent the law allows.
- Product claims. We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing your claims about the App, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to meet legal requirements, and consumer protection claims.
- Intellectual property claims. If a third party claims that the App infringes its intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are solely responsible for investigating, defending, and settling the claim.
- Legal compliance. You confirm that you are not in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or listed as a restricted party, as far as that applies to you.
- Contact. Questions, complaints, or claims about the App can be sent to us at laqz.z31@gmail.com, or using the contact details on our App Store page.
- Third-party terms. You must follow applicable third-party terms, such as your wireless service terms, when using the App.
- Third-party beneficiary. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Once you accept them, Apple can enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.
