BriziAI ("we", "us", or "our") operates the BriziAI mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our app.

- Usage data: Anonymous usage counts (number of replies, fixes, translations generated) stored locally on your device. This data never leaves your device.
- Message content: Text you submit for replies, fixes, or translations is sent to our backend server solely to generate a response. We do not store, log, or retain this content after the response is delivered.
- Photos: Images you submit for text extraction are processed and immediately discarded. We do not store your photos.
- Purchase information: Subscription purchases are handled entirely by Apple and RevenueCat. We do not collect or store your payment details.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide AI-generated replies, message fixes, translations, and photo text extraction
- To enforce daily usage limits on the free tier
- To verify your subscription status via RevenueCat

Data Retention
We do not retain your personal data on our servers. All usage data is stored locally on your device and can be cleared by uninstalling the app.

BriziAI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
