By downloading or using BriziAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Use of the App

BriziAI provides AI-powered tools for generating message replies, fixing messages, translating text, and extracting text from photos. You may use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

Use the app to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or hack the app or its backend
Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
Submit content that infringes on the rights of others

Subscriptions

BriziAI offers an auto-renewable subscription called BriziAI Pro at €3.99 per month.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings
No refunds are provided for the unused portion of a subscription period

Free Tier & Ads

The free tier includes limited daily uses. You may watch a rewarded ad to earn additional uses. Ads are served by Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

AI-Generated Content

BriziAI uses AI to generate content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness of AI-generated responses. You are solely responsible for how you use any content generated by the app.

Intellectual Property

The app and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BriziAI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BriziAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
